    The terms that govern your use of this site.

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the In God You Trust website at ingodyoutrust.org and related pages (the “Site”), operated by In God You Trust (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    1. Educational and Entertainment Use Only

    All content on this Site — including articles, videos, presentations, intake materials, FOIA Vault and Record Hunter resources, and communications — is provided strictly for educational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Site is, or should be construed as, financial, tax, legal, investment, accounting, or estate-planning advice. Kevin Young is not a licensed attorney, accountant, lawyer, CPA, or financial advisor.

    You are solely responsible for your own research, due diligence, and decisions. You should consult with your own qualified, licensed professionals before making any financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions or taking any action based on Site content.

    2. No Professional Relationship

    Use of the Site, submission of a form, attendance at a workshop, or participation in a consultation does not, by itself, create an attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and In God You Trust or Kevin Young unless and until a separate written engagement agreement is signed by both parties. Communications through the Site should not be treated as confidential professional communications absent such an agreement.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Site and its services. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

    4. Your Account and Information

    You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms, intakes, and communications, and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials associated with your use of the Site and for all activity under them.

    You agree not to submit sensitive identifiers — such as Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, or other personally identifying government identifiers — through standard site forms. Where sensitive information is genuinely required, it will be handled only through the secure, unlisted access we provide specifically for that purpose.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
    • Submit information that is false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful;
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or another user’s information;
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, or introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code;
    • Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
    • Use automated means to access or collect information from the Site except as expressly permitted; or
    • Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to impersonate another person or entity.

    6. Services, FOIA Vault, and Record Hunter

    Certain services — including the FOIA Vault and Record Hunter packages, intake processing, records requests, and document packages — are described on the Site for informational purposes. The scope, timing, deliverables, and fees for any such service are governed solely by the separate agreement and payment terms applicable to your engagement, not by these Terms.

    We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a records request, including whether a government agency will locate, produce, or withhold records, or the timeframe within which it will respond. Government processing times and results are outside our control.

    7. Payments and Fees

    Where services carry a fee, the amounts and payment methods are described on the relevant page (for example, the FOIA Vault “Get Started” section). Unless otherwise stated in your engagement agreement, fees are due as described and packages begin after payment is received and confirmed. Wire, Zelle, and check details, where shown, are subject to the instructions provided at the time of payment. Refund terms, if any, are governed by your separate engagement agreement.

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks (including In God You Trust, FOIA Vault, Record Hunter, Insure Your Revenue, Legacy Private Trust Banking System, and Private Legacy Trust), and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

    9. User Submissions

    Information and materials you submit through forms, intakes, or communications are provided voluntarily. By submitting them, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that they do not violate any law or third-party right. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the information you submit solely to provide and operate the services you requested.

    10. Third-Party Links and Services

    The Site may link to or integrate third-party tools (such as calendar booking, video hosting, email, and payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

    11. Disclaimers

    The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will be achieved from any service described.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall In God You Trust, Kevin Young, or their affiliates, officers, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

    You agree that you will not hold In God You Trust, its creator, trustee, or representatives liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of this Site or its content.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless In God You Trust and its affiliates and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

    14. Privacy

    Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

    15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

    16. Changes to These Terms

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    17. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

    18. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with any separate engagement agreement that applies to a specific service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If a separate engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms on a specific service matter, the engagement agreement controls.
